FORASTERA LUCÍA ALEÑAR IGLESIAS

During a sunlit summer in Mallorca, a family struggles with the loss of its matriarch. As grief settles into everyday life, teenage Cata begins to quietly assume her grandmother’s place within the household. Through small gestures and unspoken moments, she absorbs inherited memories and responsibilities. The film unfolds as a gentle, intimate debut that explores mourning, family bonds, and the subtle ways absence reshapes identity, revealing how echoes of those we lose continue to live on in unexpected forms.
