Jonas D’Adesky (b.1983) is a Belgian-Rwandan screenwriter and director, born in Brussels. His 2010 graduation film NUIT BLANCHE (2010) was selected for several festivals. Shortly afterwards, he left to volunteer in Haiti. It was there that he met the children who would become the actors in THREE KIDS (TWA TIMOUN) (2012), his first feature-length fiction film, which was presented at Toronto and the Berlinale, among others. For his second feature, TEMPS MORT, D’Adesky returned to Rwanda, where part of his family is originally from.
